Brittany Joslyn, a seasoned consulting psychologist, brings a distinct approach to leadership development honed over 15 years. Her reputation is built on a combination of business acumen and psychological expertise. She closely partners with clients to tailor her work to their specific needs, leading to effective outcomes.
Brittany has a diverse background in HR consulting, counseling psychology, and career development. Her involvement in large-scale strategic talent management endeavors, such as succession planning projects, gives her an understanding of what makes leaders successful within an organizational context. She takes pride in partnering with key stakeholders to ensure her work aligns with the organization’s strategic direction. Brittany’s experience spans various industries, such as utilities, retail, and banking. Some of the STS clients Brittany has worked with include: The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Omaha Public Power District, Dominion Energy, Assurity, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and JH Foster.
Brittany’s expertise lies in personalized assessments and coaching to help leaders identify blind spots and gain insights that lead to meaningful growth. She often supports clients in developing purposeful leadership philosophies that drive positive business outcomes while increasing personal fulfillment. Her specializations include executive presence, leadership transitions, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and career development. She is most passionate about empowering leaders to thrive in new or expanding roles and championing women in leadership to excel.
After earning her PhD in counseling psychology from Florida State University, Brittany refined her skillset through a postdoctoral fellowship in Executive Assessment and Coaching. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Rhodes College. Brittany is a licensed psychologist, a board-certified coach, and an active Society of Consulting Psychology member. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and experiencing Louisiana’s rich culture and food with her husband, two children, and rescue German Shepherd. She maintains an active lifestyle through road races, hiking adventures, and Pilates sessions.
